About this event

What will you learn?

The 1:1 meeting is the best way for managers and those who report to them to connect on pressing issues, develop a strong relationship, and ensure that employees feel like they are working towards their personal, team and company goals.

Putting in place a proper framework, agenda, tone, asking the right questions, the setting of goals makes the 1:1 meeting motivational, impactful and aligns you and your team in achieving your mutual aspirations.

A 1:1 meeting should be a dedicated time on the calendar. It is a time for coaching, mentorship, giving context, or even venting.

The 1:1 meeting dedicates time for you and your team to connect, build your relationship, communicate so you understand each other better, building trust between each other which means you both have alignment and a clear road map to knowing what success looks like and achieving it.

By joining this workshop an experienced CTO Craft facilitator will guide you and a cohort of colleagues through:

  • The process of understanding what makes a high impact 1:1 meeting successful
  • Personalising it for you and your team
  • Helping you learn the techniques to gather better feedback
  • And how to action that feedback effectively to achieve personal, team and company goals.
