Synopsis:

After building three separate evaluation systems and trained technical teams on building AI for production, I've found most people stuck asking the wrong questions about AI agents. It's not about whether they work - it's about making them work reliably at scale. I'll share two types of agent you can build, the five main things you need to think about when building with LLMs, real production examples and non-obvious patterns that separate toy demos from systems your users will actually trust. We'll also discuss how to evaluate agent performance and handle the security implications that keep you up at night.

This will be an open and interactive session - I'll share some material and introduce the topic, then open the floor to the group to share their own experiences.
