Cambridge University Entrepreneurs is the UK's oldest student entrepreneurship society and is known to organize one of the most successful student-led business planning and creation competition in the World. Since 1999, CUE has had over 450 entries and has awarded over £0.5m in seed funding to more than 40 business ideas. The £1k Competition represents the next stage of the CUE Business Creation Competition. New competition entrants are welcome. It is not required to have been a £100 entrant or winner to enter this stage of the contest. To enter the competition you must submit a 1500 word Executive Summary.
In line with the greater demands of this stage of the competition, CUE will be running a training session to give you the opportunity to pick up the skills you need to come up with a winning entry. CUE has invited a series of experts from serial entrepreneurs to lawyers and financial gurus to cover all the aspects involved in a complete business plan.
