Who is the Instructor?

Certified Twerk After Work™ Instructors Jen and Shanice are passionate about helping womxn from around the world to love themselves and their bodies through healing twerking and movement.

Anything you feel comfortable and confident in but we recommend a loose material shorts or legging in order to help you release all that jiggle!

Do I need any former twerk experience?

No queen. In fact we don't want you to have any, come as you are and we will do the rest!

Can I drop in and just join any session?

YES of course if you wanna keep it flexible, we got you but highly recommend you signing up for the full 4-weeks if you want the full experience.

Are kneepads required?

No but they are highly recommend in order to help protect your knees for particular twerk techniques we will be working on
