This month, Meera Sodha – vegan columnist and author of two cookbooks, Fresh India and East – joins Romy Gill MBE – food and travel writer and author of ZAIKA - vegan recipes from India – and Shamil Thakrar, the co-founder of Dishoom, at our Culinary Salon hosted by Thane Prince. The panel will be discussing the fascinating stories of our favourite spices, from the extraordinary journey spices take to our kitchens, the use and misuse of our beloved ingredients and the lasting relationship that Britain and India have formed over food.
