We’ve all been through a lot and are still going through it. Life. Cancer. Pandemic. It’s sometimes easy to forget that this plays a huge factor in how we feel day to day. You may feel heavy, fatigued, demotivated, uninspired, sad, alone, a longing to feel more like yourself again - all of the things.

It is so important that we nourish ourselves. Your heart, cells, body, mind and soul is your inner garden, and your inner garden also needs watering in order to flourish and bloom. Cultivate is a time to bring you deeper into the wisdom of your heart and soul - to listen deeply to your inner world/landscape, what needs to be felt, honour it all and then feel all the lightness fill your cells.

Through this energy medicine session, let’s do just that, cultivate lightness and start to feel reconnection and alignment with yourself, to the earth and as a collective.

This is an online group setting. I know that we spend a lot of time on zoom calls, however, think of this more as surrendering to the alchemy of your life, nourishment, physical and emotional healing and connecting together as a community.
