About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Join Sara for a nourishing evening of Cultivating a deeper connection back to ourselves in ceremony; moving through somatic practices of Breath, movement, yoga, flow dance meditation & sound.

Join Sara for a 1.5 hour ceremonial event to cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves that remind us we are nature and not seperate from. Learning to embrace the shifts.

We are being invited to truly drop in deeper to ourselves to normalise feeling as a way of alchemy. To celebrate that feeling is a huge part of setting ourselves free and embracing this human experience.

To heal and bring conscioussness to our survival mechanisms. To outgrow ways of being and our own beliefs that aren't serving us anymore and to come together as a community in spaces which feels safe and held.

You will experience certain practices that help to balance & regulate our nervous systems and our state of being so we can live more fulfilled lives and move towards a state of ease and not dis-ease that can manifest within the body when we are out of balance.

Through somatic practices we can cultivate a deep introspection of ourselves to see where we are out of balance & what resonates with us to bring us back into balance.

This is for ALL levels

Come with an open heart & an open mind & connect to yourself & the community on an even deeper level.

The deeper we Connect back to our authentic selves the deeper our connections with others are. It’s a beautiful space for us to come together and be held.

I cannot wait to connect with you all; See you there.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have done Yoga before

No not at all. There will be all levels and the focus is not on just yoga at all.

Do I need to bring anything?

Yes - a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion & some water.

What is a ceremony and is this for me?

Ceremony is an essential part of ancient healing. Life is a ceremony. Physical & spiritual health are intimately connected. Traditional healing ceremonies promote wellness of self. We share & heal together as we are NOT separate & ALL go through the same struggles in life.

Do I need to be able to dance?

No, this is not a dance class - it is a free movement enquiry - using dance to explore the body using music with intuitive movement, shaking etc..... you can even sit for this part if you need..... it's all with curious and compassionate enquiry. Free dance is used as a somatic tool.
