Cultivating Female Talent in Energy

In 2021 findings showed that women are under-represented across the energy sector and occupy only 14% of executive director roles. Why?

POWERful Women decided to explore the experience of women working at middle-management level in the industry. What do they feel about the energy sector and their own and other women’s prospects?

What kind of supportive company policies already exist to help them succeed in their roles or progress to higher levels? What is holding them back? And what would make a difference to them and their careers? We are pleased to be able to present the findings of our research to those working and leading in the UK energy industry.

The event will provide a deeper dive into the report results and provide an opportunity to ask questions around the study and to show support for this important agenda.
