Together, we’ll learn how letting go can create space for deeper presence, compassion, and connection. Using the breath as our teacher, we’ll move through a gentle vinyasa flow, settle into guided meditation, and open up space for group sharing. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and inspired to carry generosity into your everyday life.
