Not at all. You’re welcome to attend either the morning, the evening, or both. Your ticket includes access to both, but there’s no expectation.

Is this suitable for beginners in meditation or journaling?

Yes. These sessions are gently guided and accessible to all levels. No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to pause and reflect.

What is the structure of each session?

Morning session includes a short welcome, a guided Stoic-inspired meditation, and a moment for quiet intention. Evening session offers a reflective journaling prompt, a few words of guidance, and quiet time for self-inquiry. Each session is 30 minutes and designed to support inner clarity and calm.

Will there be discussion or sharing?

No open discussion is required. These sessions are mostly quiet and contemplative, though you’re welcome to use the chat for reflections if you wish.
