Event description

Description

A Cultural Leadership Symposium by Christian Concern.

We want to equip pastors and leaders and better understand how we can work in partnership with local churches in speaking of Jesus Christ in public life. We pray that together we can enhance and strengthen the national gospel witness of God’s people.

This invitation-only two-day symposium will include lectures and theological discussion on the cultural mandate of the church, particularly focusing on the challenge of engaging and educating the next generation for Christ in an increasingly secularised society.

We pray this will be an opportunity to network among other key Christian leaders in the UK, to share and support one another in common challenges facing pastors and leaders in our current culture.

Engaging and Educating the Next Generation for Christ

Today Christians across the nation are finding themselves not only restricted under the weight of an increasingly secularised education system, but shunned and rejected from the system altogether simply for holding biblical beliefs.

Join us at this Symposium as we seek to learn how we can protect the next generation from an aggressively secular curriculum, support teachers and education providers in our congregations, and recapture a lost generation for Christ.

The church must again take hold of its cultural mandate to engage and capture all aspects of culture, including the education of the young, for the sake of the gospel and the prosperity of our nation.
