Description

Culturally intelligent leadership - the competitive advantage

Diversity is the greatest asset or liability depending on your level or cultural intelligence

89% of CEO-s struggle with leadership, culture and engagement.

Companies spend millions on well-being programs to make employees feel better but that doesn’t solve the problem, it deals with the symptoms only. It is like taking painkiller every time you have a headache instead of finding the real reason why it happens and fix that before it is too late. Cultural intelligence focuses on the root cause of the problem.

People think, behave and work in such different ways that it causes stress, confusion, and disengagement. This issue multiplies across different cultural groups such as ethnicity, generation, gender, profession and leaders need to deal with it. This is where good intention and common sense are not enough, indeed, they can seriously backfire.

Cultural intelligence is not about etiquette...it is about the psychology of human behaviour and performance, the basis of personal and leadership development.

Our speaker - Csaba Toth

Csaba Toth is the European managing partner of ICQ Consulting which specialises in creating high-performing teams and individuals by leveraging their personal and cultural differences. Their unique portfolio of data-driven solutions is based on the expertise of world leading experts and it has already benefited some of the leading companies in the USA and Europe ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 organisations.

Csaba’s approach is based on making the science of uncommon sense (cultural intelligence) fun, practical and logical to make people productive, compatible and happy.
