Alex is a leader and educator with over two decades of experience in teaching and leadership roles across various secondary schools and colleges and her own business in the United Kingdom. She leads and teaches on NITE's MA in Educational Leadership and Senior Leader Apprenticeship. Her primary focus is on training colleagues in schools to achieve excellence in leadership. Her philosophy is straightforward: by fostering outstanding leadership within schools and colleges, we can support and retain great teachers in schools and hence achieve better outcomes for the students in their care.
