CultureCam: A Living Portrait of Bradford 2025 at University of Bradford Presented by Photo Hub North

As part of Bradford’s City of Culture 2025 celebrations, CultureCam offers a one-of-a-kind, photography experience using a custom-built caravan camera and eco-friendly analogue techniques at University of Bradford for our staff and students.

Hear about the magic of the camera obscura, and sustainable darkroom practices, and take part in a portrait session with a twist.

📷 You don’t have to pose for a traditional headshot – your portrait can be anything or any part of you that represents who you are. Bring your creativity!

👥 Take part individually or with a group – friends, staff teams, societies

💻 Every participant receives a digital copy of their portrait to keep and share.

🖼️ All portraits will become part of a public exhibition later in the year – a collective portrait of Bradford during this landmark year at the Media Museum

Just bring yourself and your story!

Please note this event is only open to staff and students of University of Bradford.
