Join our community to explore: Can Culture Be Measured? Or is that simply not possible? By seeking to define and measure it do we kill it dead? But if we can't measure it, how can we expect to get any budget for it? How will we tell if it's improving? How will we know if "culture change initiatives" have been successful?
We've found our meetups work best when we're a balance of people who work 'in-house', and those who don't (Consultants/Freelancers/Agency-workers). If you're one of the latter, we'd love you to join, and to do so you need to bring at least one person who works in-house. If we have space, here's how: 1. Add your name on the Waiting List. 2. Ask your in-house contact to register their ticket. 3. Contact me to let me know who you introduced and if I'll release your ticket. This is to help us keep a balance without capping signups too much.
