Healthier Heroes is run by a dedicated husband and wife team with deep-rooted ties to the Armed Forces. Andrew, an ex Colour Sergeant, proudly served 16 years in the infantry. Their shared vision and lived experience have driven them to create a unique support network for the Armed Forces community across the North West and beyond.

Since its inception, Healthier Heroes has:

• Helped rehome veterans and their families through supported living at Bancroft House
• Delivered Leadership Development and Military Resilience Programmes in schools, colleges, and businesses
• Provided award-winning community support and peer mentoring for veterans, including those involved in the criminal justice system
• Championed a person-led, empowering approach to helping veterans overcome barriers and rebuild their lives
