Jenni is A Business Developement Manager from BM Solutions.

BM Solutions is a UK mortgage lender (part of Bank of Scotland) specialising in buy-to-let and residential mortgages, available through brokers. They offer flexible BTL options for individuals and limited companies, and have recently introduced a digital platform to speed up limited-company BTL applications.

Jenni will be doing a fun quiz which will help us all learn about the Rent Reform changes and how they are going to affect landlord and tenants going forward

About the Project

We’re raising funds to bring a Legend on the Bench suicide-prevention bench to Carlisle.

✅ What is Legend on the Bench

Legend on the Bench is a UK non-profit charity founded by former professional footballer Micky Hazard and his sister Michelle, created in memory of Michelle’s son after his tragic suicide. The charity’s mission is simple but powerful: to reduce mental-health tragedies and prevent suicides by offering support, visibility, and hope in public spaces.

Their core mission is to install “Suicide Prevention Benches” in parks and open areas across the UK. Each bench is designed as a lifeline — featuring support phone numbers, QR codes to 24/7 mental-health services, and in some cases, integrated lighting so the bench is accessible even at night.

Our First Fundraising Event: Christmas Raffle

This Christmas Raffle marks the launch of our fundraising campaign. All proceeds will go directly towards purchasing and installing Carlisle’s first Legend on the Bench support bench. Your participation helps us take the first step in bringing this vital community resource to life.
