About this Event

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED - if you wish to attend with a vehicle, please email steven.nendick@cummins.com directly.

Started in 1919, Cummins has pioneered many industry firsts. From being one of the first companies to instigate the use of diesel in commercial vehicles, to running the first diesel race car, Cummins has consistently been at the forefront of technological developments in an ever-changing industry. The company founder, Clessie Cummins recognised the benefits of technology developed by Rudolph Diesel at the end of the 19th century, and transformed it into a reliable, everyday power source for a broad range of uses. From 28 engines in the first year to 1.5 million engines last year, the company has come a long way. Engines are supplied to 1,200 vehicle and equipment manufacturing customers, for more types of application than any other supplier.

To recognise this significant achievement, Cummins Darlington Plant is holding a celebration day to recognise employees and their commitment to the company. As part of our celebration, we have a number of spaces in our special interest vehicle display, highlighting current and long gone customers. If you have a vehicle of interest, and would like to be part of the event please register here.

All vehicles must be registered to ensure we can provide tickets to the event. Tickets will allow access to the frivolities including a plant tour, food and entertainment.

Our preference is for two tickets per vehicle.
