In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, we’ll dive into the wonderful world of H₂O and how it makes or breaks your brew. You’ll taste the difference between waters, learn what “hardness” actually means, and get to grips with how minerals affect flavour and extraction. We’ll keep things light, interactive, and full of “aha!” moments with practical tips for both home brewers and café pros.
