Curating Conservation

The Glasgow Institute of Architects will be hosting the Royal Society of Ulster Architects on the 18th September 2025 at 5.30pm for a prompt start at 6.00pm at Material Source where we will debate different approaches to conservation.

To stimulate discussion we are delighted to be joined by three speakers who will give short talks on this theme, after which we will ask the audience to join us to debate the subject. Our three speakers and their subjects are as follows:

Angus Farquhar - Glasgow Requiem

Fiona Sinclair - the plight of Greek Thomson

Liz Davidson - Hill House and its Box.
