Overview

The Fore is excited to bring you this workshop on Curating Volunteer Experiences with Time For Impact.

The days of viewing volunteers as a free resource are thankfully behind us. Organisations now recognise the need for a positive volunteer experience to attract and retain passionate individuals. This shift is crucial as factors like demographics and rising expectations make volunteer recruitment more challenging than ever.

We need to consider volunteers like valued "customers" investing their time and energy. By prioritising a rewarding volunteer journey, we can foster loyalty and build a community of dedicated advocates for our cause. This requires volunteering professionals to pivot from managing resources to curating experiences. This volunteer-centric approach benefits everyone – volunteers feel fulfilled, and our organisations achieve their goals.

In this session, you will learn how to curate exceptional volunteer experiences.
