Course Overview

1️⃣ Mothers & Daughters: A Journey Across Generations

We begin with a symbolic ride on the Time-Train, uncovering the hidden stories of our beginnings.We will meet our mother, and the “inner mother”, in a surprising and moving way, and write a heartfelt letter to our future selves.

2️⃣ The Multigenerational Family System

We explore visible and invisible relationships within our family trees.Drawing inspiration from Zulu ancestral traditions and contemporary therapeutic Family Constellations methods, we will map hidden loyalties, systemic patterns, and ancestral echoes that influence our present lives.

3️⃣ Femininity, Myth & Resilience: From Ancient Goddesses to the 21st Century

What can myths teach us about survival, identity, and inner strength?Through archetypes, legends, gods and goddesses, we reflect on our personal narratives and rediscover the Hero/Heroine Journey as both metaphor and lived experience.

4️⃣ The Art of Loving: Dynamics of Couple Relationships

We embark on an inner exploration of our relationships in the present, in memory, and in imagination.Through guided reflection and creative card work, we illuminate our patterns of intimacy, attachment, longing, and growth.

5️⃣ Curiosity, Hope & Therapy

In the final session, we explore curiosity and hope as the twin engines of healing.How do we cross the bridge from crisis to growth?How do we convert distress into resilience?Together, we discover the transformative power of therapeutic curiosity.

The course ir led by Dr. Ofra Ayalon, Head of the Nord COPE Center, psychologist, family and couple therapist, international trainer and pioneer in the field of metaphoric and therapeutic cards.
