The ways in which organisations and people communicate have evolved. Gone are the days of a one-size-fits-all message. During the COVID era, this shift in the expectations of how we communicate with organisations, whether they be retail stores, doctors, schools, or indeed, housing providers has only accelerated and created greater challenges.
In fact, in a survey conducted by Experian, 60% of respondents shared that they have higher expectations of their digital experience than before COVID-19. One in three of their respondents revealed that they are only willing to wait 30 seconds or less before abandoning an online transaction.
