Customer Insight Group - Improving Customer Experience - 6

National Rail are conducting a series of Customer Insight Groups where we speak directly to customers to gather your thoughts on topics relating to your overall experience when travelling.
At this group, we'll be asking you how we can improve your customer experience throughout your whole journey.
We're seeking volunteers who are able to come to a group to answer some questions and we'll use your feedback to make recommendations to the industry. We request that all volunteers have not previously attended a National Rail Insight Group.
In exchange for this we’ll provide £50 vouchers. You can choose from either £50 rail travel or £50 high street shopping vouchers. We will also cover any public transport travel expenses from within a 20-mile radius (providing you bring a receipt).
