Who Should Attend?
Anyone working or interested in customer service who wants to expand and improve their thinking and performance or that of their teams and departments.

Time: Registration from 9.30am and the event finishes no later than 2.30pm
Cancellations up to 10 working days before the event will not incur a charge.
Cancellation of free places less than 10 working days before the event, or non-attendance on the day will incur a £50+vat cancellation fee.
