A training course delivered by Creative Alliance - An award-winning training provider

This is a 5 hour accredited training course where your staff get trained by a professional tutor in customer service. After this course all participants have the opportunity to achieve a qualification and also the confidence to improve customer service delivered by your business. This course has been delievered to a variety clients including the Royal Shakespeare Company.

This session will help you to:-

  • Welcome customers and describe your unique offer
  • Understand your customers, so that you can give them what they want and need
  • Connect to and communicate with customers and use language to make a positive impact
  • Boost business
  • Deal effectively with difficult situations

However you communicate with customers - face to face, by telephone, email, digitally - this session is for you.

Taking part and testing your knowledge will give you accreditation: -

City and Guilds Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service in Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism.
