Customer Service Skills Course Level 1 (Two day Course)

This is a level one, 2 day Customer Service course equipping you will all the skills needed to effectively offer excellent customer service. You will develop skills to:
- Understand the meaning of good and poor customer service
- Understand the importance of first impressions
- Know how to assist customers
- Know how to deal with customer problems and complaints.
Lunch will not be provided so you may wish to bring a packed lunch or money to purchase something in the local shops. Tea and coffee will be provided for a small fee (50p). Please bring identification or a letter with your home address on.
