In this session, we will look at how customer service can differ and how best to deliver it, considering you or your teams' departmental differences.
About Experience
This speaker session forms part of Experience, a Cornwall council led project, promoting Cornwall as a year-round destination. Working across Newquay and Bodmin, Experience aims to attract more visitors to these areas by developing unique cultural and low-carbon experiences. The project is working with partners to deliver inspiring talks, networking opportunities and mentoring to businesses and organisations working in the visitor, leisure and creative economies.
