Description

This is a level 2 accredited qualification designed for anyone working or preparing to workin a customer service role or where using the telephone is a part of their role. the course covers the principles of customer service including how to meet customer expectations, the importance of appropriate behaviours and communication techniques, as well as ways to deal with problem customers.
It is an intense course and requires a minimum of 6 hours attendance. This is an excellent course to enhance your CV and increase success at interviews.
There is a short multiple choice test at the end.
