Every business knows the power of good customer service and that it’s often the difference between losing or making a sale. Or perhaps even more crucially between customers returning and or recommending your business.
But do you really know what level of service you deliver? Evidence shows that 80% if businesses believe they deliver great customer service but only 8% of their customers agree with this. So how can we make sure that we’ buck the trend?
In this interactive session Graham will provide us with solid insights and practical tips from 1000’s of mystery shops, across all sectors, that any business can use to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.

• Complaints – how to manage complaints so the outcome helps your business. Turn complaints into customer loyalty and new business

• Staff / Service – Understanding the importance your team play in your business and how to motivate them to excel in servicing your customers

FSB Connect Networking evening is a monthly event that gives you the opportunity to meet like minded business owners and entrepeneurs in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
You will be able to find new customers and suppliers and raise your own business profile.
We all know that referrals are the best source of business, and at our networking events you will have many other local business owners to talk to.
Each meeting includes an interesting guest speaker with a presentation on a local topical issue or business related subject, this month we are pleased to welcome Graham Hill who has over 20 years’ experience leading teams to deliver a world class customer experience, both in the UK and internationally. He is the Regional Director of Shopper Anonymous, the UK’s leading customer feedback organization.
Parking is free from 6pm, however if before note that parking is charged in standard rate and higher rate bays. There are electrical charging spaces for electric vehicles.
We start at 6pm, all welcome; non-members, friends and colleagues.
