Cannonball Statman

A native of NYC, Cannonball Statman has penned over 100 songs, released over a dozen albums, and done extensive tours in North America, Europe, and East Asia, sharing stages with artists such as Jeffrey Lewis, Days N' Daze, Julia Cumming, and David Peel. His unique style sets soulful and often surreal lyrics that Radio Javali calls "great American storytelling" to music that daMusic describes as "quite fun".

Tonsils

Tonsils is a lot of unruly musicians trying their very best to distill a perfect pop song out of life’s daily chaos. The quintet surrounding songwriter Tom Vienne load up their jenga-pop with enough ideas and angles to make even the sturdiest of towers rock back and forth.

Cowtown

Formed in Leeds, but like Gang Of Four, born in a variety of other places, Cowtown are made up by David Michael Shields (drums), Hilary Knott (keybass/vocals) and Jonathan Nash (guitar/vocals) and play econo, dynamic, over-stimulated rock music that embraces a heavily abridged history of rock n’ roll. Serious about fun, the band are a firm favourite of BBC 6 DJ Mark Riley, performing music with an emphasis on positive expression and confronting collective anxieties, creating live shows that focus on what they enjoy and discarding the rest.

Lou Terry

Lou Terry is a South London-based musician, genre-mangler, and software builder. This wonky new project sees the Radio 2-tipped artist fusing strange technology with timeless songwriting.
