21st Century Customer Service

In today’s digital economy, call centre agents are often at the core of a business, and in some cases, they are the business. The new breed of digitally aware millennials are forcing companies to rethink what technology they utilise and how they communicate with their customers.

We are teaming up with RingCentral, a leader in the 2018 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Unified Communications as a service, to host an industry roundtable. Discussions will focus around millennial consumer expectations, ML/AI, the “true” Omnichannel experience, existing industry challenges, and how modern Cloud technology is meeting all of these head on.
