Annual Conference 2025
The Council for Validating Universities invites participants to its annual conference.
This year’s conference will explore the evolving landscape of UK Higher Education, with a focus on university collaborative partnerships both domestic and international. Expert speakers will address key topics, including regulatory and quality assurance challenges, pressing issues in specific areas of provision, strategies for fostering sustainable collaborations, and emerging developments and opportunities in the sector.
The Conference will be a day and a half, starting on 16 October at 12:00 (with registration available from 11:00) and concluding at 14:00 on 17 October.

The following tickets can be purchased by both CVU Members and Non-CVU members. CVU members have a discount applied.
- Full Conference - includes attendance on both days of the Conference, Conference Dinner, overnight accommodation at the conference venue on 16 October and breakfast/lunch on 17 October
- Full Conference - no accommodation - includes attendance on both days of the Conference (not dinner/accommodation)
- 1st day of Conference - no accommodation - includes attendance on the 1st day of the Conference (not dinner/accommodation)
Finally, there is a discount for multiple ticket sales i.e if more than one colleague is interested in attending; please book your tickets together to access the reduced price! The discount is only available to CVU members. The Members only discount is for the ticket below
