During the tour you will learn about the history of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and about the heroic actions and self-sacrifice of some of our casualties buried in the cemetery.
One of Edinburgh's oldest cemeteries, opened in 1846, with 156 First and Second World War individual graves and a screen wall. Part of the site is now a designated wildlife area.
Parking available nearby, no on-site facilities or toilets, uneven grassy ground, not suitable for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility.
Please come dressed for the weather and wear suitable footwear.
