We are very excited to announce CWP’s first Patient Safety Conference, taking place during the same week as World Patient Safety Day.
This important event will bring together colleagues and external partners from across the Trust to demonstrate our shared commitment to patient safety and to explore how we can continue to improve the safety of care we provide.
The conference will focus on our journey since embedding the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), highlighting where we are now, celebrating what we have achieved, and identifying opportunities for continued learning and improvement.
Join us as we reflect, learn, and look ahead—together strengthening our culture of safety
