The course covers the essentials for safeguarding adults at risk in sport and activity for anyone with direct responsibility for a participant’s welfare. This training includes how to identify concerns, respond to concerns and disclosures and how to create a safe culture within a sport or activity setting.
Who is this training for?
For those involved in Sport or Activity who:
- have direct responsibility for adult athletes, participants, volunteers, members or staff
and/or
- may recognise and raise concerns about welfare and adult safeguarding issues
• Club Welfare Officers
• Coaches• Club officials• Volunteers• Instructors
This course will be delivered through Ann Craft Trust.
