Synopsis
On World Mental Health Day, Peter joins Sarb Sembhi to spotlight a critical but often overlooked challenge - the link between cyber and information risk, assurance and mental wellbeing.
In a field defined by relentless change and constant threats, information risk and assurance professionals face intense stress, burnout, and emotional strain.
This session explores how these pressures affect not just individuals but the resilience of entire enterprises.
More than just technical risks, human factors can be the weakest link—or the strongest defence.
Attendees will discover why safeguarding the people behind the firewalls is as vital as securing the systems themselves. With practical strategies to boost both mental health and cyber resilience, this conversation offers actionable takeaways for leaders, teams, and individuals alike. Join us to reframe resilience - because protecting digital assets starts with protecting those who defend them.
