Cyber Risk and Business Resilience

Cyber Risk and Business Resilience

By Kent & Medway Cyber Cluster (KMCC)

Overview

Preparing Kent Businesses for Real Incidents

Could your business survive a cyber attack?

Cyber incidents are no longer just an IT issue - they are a leadership and business resilience challenge. This immersive, in-person event gives you the opportunity to experience a live cyber attack simulation and test how you would respond when it really matters.

What you’ll experience

You will take part in a guided, realistic cyber-attack scenario designed to mirror the pressures of a real incident. As the situation unfolds, you’ll be asked to make time-critical decisions, respond to new information, and manage the wider business impact.

This is not a lecture or a presentation — it’s a hands-on experience that shows how cyber incidents affect leadership, operations, reputation, and recovery.

Delivered by leading cyber security experts from the Kent & Medway Cyber Cluster, Cognitas Global and GOACO. The session uses the view360global simulation platform to place you directly in the role of a decision-maker during a fast-moving cyber crisis. No technical knowledge is required.

Why attend

  • Understand the immediate actions leaders must take during a cyber incident
