As part of CyberFest and in collaboration with Ladies Hacking Society, WiCys, Cyber Women (Durham) and Women in Cyber Unlimited join CyberNorth for Breaking Barriers: Retention and Advancement of Women in Cyber Security - Women’s Cyber Brunch.
The event will explore the challenges and opportunities for retaining and advancing women in the field of cyber security from personal stories and career journeys, to proven success strategies in organisations through to barriers to retention including isolation, imposter syndrome, addressing burnout and stress.
Format for the morning will include informal networking and refreshments, industry focussed Panel and a Health and Well-being Guest Speaker.
Who should attend?
Cyber security professionals, women in cyber partner organisation members, HR/Talent Acquisition leaders, students. Please be aware that this event is not exclusive to women, men are also encouraged to attend.
