Event description

Description

Cyber security is regarded as one of the single biggest threats to our world.  It affects everyone in every aspect of life whether you are working at home or work for the biggest corporation, whether you are using mobile phone or a pad or desktop.

Managers at all levels need to be aware of both the internal and external cyber risks.

This talk will look at some of the risks, some of the steps you can take to reduce risk, things to consider when giving someone access to your critical data and systems either as an employee or contractor and some thoughts on the role of HR in helping an organisation to reduce risk.

Our Speaker

Peter Gaskin MD of Team Discovery Ltd.

Team Discovery is a web design and ecommerce company which looks at all aspects of cyber security in relation to the projects it works on. In its 16 years of operation Team Discovery has rescued many clients after cyber security attacks.
