Ydych chi'n gweithio yn y sector greadigol ac eisiau canolbwyntio ar orffen gwaith pwysig?

Mae hi'n teimlo weithiau fel bod mwy o bwysau nag erioed arnom i dorri drwy lifoedd o waith gweinyddol a gwybodaeth arall er mwyn cyflawni ein gwaith.

Mae ymchwil yn awgrymu bod dulliau cyffredin o gyd-weithio ar wybodaeth ddigidol, yn enwedig arferion e-bost yn achosi problemau o ran y gallu i ganolbwyntio a chynhyrchedd.

Do you work in the creative sector and would like to concentrate on completing work that really matters?

There seems to be more pressure than ever on us to cut through reams of administration work and other information in order to carry out our work.

Research suggests that common approaches for collaborating on digital information, especially habits relating to e-mail, causes problems for concentration and productivity.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to work more effectively with documents, tasks and office work - whatever field you're in.

The 1 day workshop will offer alternative methods of working, good practices and experience with relevant software platforms such as Google Drive and Trello.

Workshop participants should be confident computer users. We will be using 'Windows' laptops during the session.

Mae'r gweithdy hwn ar gyfer unrhyw un sydd eisiau gweithio yn fwy effeithiol gyda dogfennau, tasgau a gwaith swyddfa - beth bynnag yw eich maes.

Bydd y gweithdy undydd yn cynnig dulliau amgen o weithio, arferion da a phrofiad ar blatfformau meddalwedd poblogaidd i hwyluso hyn megis Google Drive a Trello.

Dylai cyfranogwyr deimlo'n hyderus wrth ddefnyddio cyfrifiadur. Byddwyn yn defnyddio cliniaduron 'Windows' yn ystod y sesiwn.

Erbyn diwedd y gweithdy dylwch gallu:

  • Defnyddio Google Drive i weld a golygu dogfennau a ffeiliau o unrhyw ddyfais, unrhyw le.
  • Cyd-weithio’n fyw ar ddogfennau gyda chydweithwyr a lleihau eich defnydd o atodiadau e-bost.
  • Rheoli rhestrau personol o dasgau gyda Trello.
  • Defnyddio Trello i wella effeithiolrwydd prosiect, tîm, sefydliad neu gwmni.
  • Gwerthuso, ystyried a gwella eich arferion gwaith a chynhyrchedd.

By the end of the workshop you should be able to:

  • Use Google Drive to edit and access your documents and files from any device, anywhere.
  • Collaborate on documents with colleagues and reduce your reliance on email attachments.
  • Manage personal to-do list tasks with Trello.
  • Use Trello to improve the effectiveness of a project, team, organisation or company.
  • Evaluate, reflect on and improve your work practices and productivity.
"Dwi wedi dysgu lawr o driciau a bethau allai ddefnyddio yn fy mywyd personol a gwaith. Diolch yn fawr."

"A successful day which encourages me to plunge more confidently into collaborative platforms."

"A really good introduction to collaborative tools. Carl is so knowledgeable and passionate about the subject."
