Event description
An interesting and informative introduction to this unique approach to safety culture from behaviour change specialists Beehive

About this Event

This series of five 1 hour webinars spread over 5 weeks provides an introduction to Beehive's D2iT, the trust-based safety culture model developed by Beehive in partnership with Bangor University's Wales Centre for Behaviour Change and Alstom Power Services.

The series starts on July 23rd at 14.00 hrs UK time.

Subsequent webinars will be on each of the following 4 Thursdays at the same time, with the final webinar taking place on August 20th.

Each webinar introduces one of the 5 principles of trust and builds on the previous one in order for attendees to deepen their understanding of the whole model.

The model is designed to help organisations build a high-trust environment, and so move towards Interdependence, the safety culture associated with the lowest levels of accident, defect and injury.

Each webinar will give insights and practical tools to help you build trust and travel further along the safety journey in your own organisation.
