Becoming a dad?Join us for a relaxed and informal Dad's-to-be Antenatal Session, to help soon to be fathers feel prepared and confident.This is one off Dad's- to- be Antenatal session. It is a relaxed and informal session where we will cover a range of topics as well as anything else you would like to find out about or are worried about.

Mum's- to- be are also welcome to come along to a separate group running alongside, with a focus on baby massage, mindfulness and relaxed conversation.
