Access to the building

The building is conveniently accessible with flat access, a ramp at the entrance and a lift if going to other floors other than the entry level..

There is limited free street parking to the front and surrounding areas of the building. The building is also on a convenient and regular bus route not far from Westgate Road.

The workshop is a blend of discussions, activities, a video and focus work. You will be provided with a reflective practise tool which we will reference throughout.

Refreshments will be available throughout, free of charge.

Timings of the session

We will be starting at 1pm prompt. Please feel free to come a little earlier to get a cuppa if you would like to. We will have a break during the session too.
