No restrictions on either weeks pregnant or baby’s, wether you are an experienced dad, a new dad, a step dad, it’s group is inclusive. Dad’s are often forgotten about on the pregnancy journey and this time and space is for you

Yes, a selection of tea’s, coffee, squash and water are provided

Does it cost anything?

BFW CIC relies on donations, but if you are unable to donate, do not let this put you off attending. Your presence is more important!

Not at all. Sharing is optional but at BFW we believe everyone has something valuable to contribute!

This groups is held at The Devon Clinic, alternate Thursday evenings and is an opportunity to connect, share and explore the journey of fatherhood. Whether you are preparing for your first birth, processing past experiences, or navigating early parenthood, this space offers understanding, empowerment and practical support in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment. You don't have to have all the answers - just a willingness to show up. You never know there may even be a few "dad jokes"
