Dagenham Parish Church Service 13 th June 10.30 a.m.

Please read our description fully before booking your tickets. We will protect each other from possible infection in church by following these instructions.

Government guidelines state that everyone in church meetings must wear a face covering unless you are exempt. You can find a list of exemptions here.

We are unable to run the crèche because of social distancing requirements and space limitations.

• Before church, please arrive by 10.25 to give us time to take our seats and still maintain social distance.

• When you enter the building, please use the hand sanitizer provided and follow the one way system - stewards will then guide you to your seats.

• After the service, the exit from church is through the main doors following the one way system.

• When you have left the building please continue to follow the government social distancing guidelines. Please do not congregate outside the main doors as this will stop others from leaving the building safely behind you.

By reserving your place for this event, you are confirming :

• That yourself and those with you, have had no symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days (symptoms include a continuous new cough, a high temperature and a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste)

• That yourself and members of your group, have not tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days

• That yourself and members of your group have not come into contact with someone who has either tested positive for or displayed symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days

• You are fit and able to attend the service (i.e. you are aware of the Government advice to those who are shielding or need to isolate after being exposed to COVID-19)

• You agree for us to keep your details on record for 21 days as required by the Government to help with track and trace systems if there was an outbreak of COVID-19.

• You will allow us contact you if someone in the service you attend tests positive for or shows symptoms of COVID-19.

• You will contact Joel or Ann if you or someone in your group tests positive for or displays symptoms of COVID-19.
