The Daily Record & Utilita Our Heroes Awards 2018 celebrate the extraordinary achievements of people throughout Scotland.

Since 2004, the Daily Record has scoured communities across Scotland in search of their unsung heroes - the people who deserve recognition for their efforts that seemingly go under the radar.

At the annual awards dinner on Friday 18th May, attended by over 400 people, we will reveal the nine winners and the overall Our Hero for 2018.
