Damp and Mould Guidance for Landlords

This session will look at different types of damp, including how to identify them and their causes. It will also go through tenant's responsibilities, landlord responsibilities and the council's responsibilities when it comes to tackling damp and mould issues.

Fair use and non-attendance policy

We allow landlords to attend one session of each available title per 12 month period for free. If a landlord wishes to repeat a specific session within a 12 month period, we reserve the right to pass on a standard charge of £75 per delegate.

We allow delegates to cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the session. Delegates can cancel via email, telephone or by cancelling their place on Eventbrite. We send a reminder before each event and remind delegates to let us know if they can no longer attend. We reserve the right to pass on the standard charge of £75 per delegate for each non-attendance, including non-attendance as part of a joint booking.
