We are delighted to host a DANC (Disabled Artists’ Networking Community) event at Mind the Gap, Bradford on Thursday 24th April 2025 from 4pm - 7pm (doors open from 3:30pm).

This event is for DDN (deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent) creatives with a focus on learning disabled creatives. There will also be industry professionals who work in the arts and screen industries.

About the event

DANC events create a space for DDN creatives and industry professionals to connect, network and explore solutions to barriers that exist.

The event also features a panel discussion. We have some fantastic industry guests including :

There's also time to network and enjoy a cuppa in a safe and friendly environment where support is provided. We finish with a small celebration showcase of work to end the event.

Access:

This event will have BSL interpreters. We will send an info/access pack to registered attendees 2 weeks before the event.

You will be able to share any access requirements and add PA tickets as part of the booking process.
