Can I have a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if for any circumstances you cannot attend any more, please let us know as soon as possible,  you can have a refund (£10, as unfortunately Eventbrite fee cannot be refunded) up to 72 hours prior to the event. If cancelled within 72 hours prior to the event, then it will depend of the reselling.

Question 2

When exactly start the 72 hours, prior to the event, when refund will be depending on reselling?

Accepted Answer

This will be from Tuesday the 28th March 2023 at 7:00 pm. We will do all what we can to resell the ticket, but if we can’t resell it, unfortunately, we won’t be anle to refund the money.

Question 3

Can I buy tickets on the day?

Accepted Answer

The maximum capacity of participants is 40 people, you could only buy on the day if there would  be any vacancy,  or last minute drop out, this cannot be guaranteed.

Question 4

Is there a waiting list?

Accepted Answer

Yes, once tickets are sold out you can add your name on the waiting list, if a ticket becomes available more than 72 hours prior to the event, we will let people know in order, you’ll have 1 day to buy the ticket, if not bought, then the next person in line will be contacted.

Question 5

What happens with the waiting list if a ticket is available within 72 hours prior to the event?

Accepted Answer

Everyone in the waiting list will be contacted at the same time, and will be first come first served.

Question 6

How much are the raffle tickets?

Accepted Answer

1 ticket £2 or a full row £5
Tickets can be bought only on the day and you can pay cash or card.
Prizes to be announced prior to the event.
